About me
Mike Langer here; awkward biography writer, passionate photographer, moderately priced cheese connoisseur, and hopeless optimist. Although I usually go by Mike, I've also been called Mikey, M-Lang, Langer, Langtown, Boomer, and Michael (usually when I'm in trouble), so let's not take things too seriously and have some fun. I'm super easy going, like to make people laugh, love to be in the water, and always down for an adventure (*that's the short version...)
But let's be real for a minute: I've never been one to crave the spotlight, and to be honest, this shouldn't really be about me. I, and my photography, will insist that this is about connection, the value of a moment, and perspective. It's about taking the ordinary and choosing to see extraordinary, enjoying the little things, getting a little lost (and probably a little weird at times too). That's what this is about, for both what I'd like to convey in my photography, and just some basic rules to live by..
